Photograph and film consent form

We often take photographs or video film for internal and external marketing and publicity purposes.

These images may appear in our printed publications e.g. branch marketing materials, on our website and/or on social media. We may also send them to the news media. We require your permission to do this.

Please review the statements below and submit this form

  1. I give Newcastle Building Society permission to use my image(s) in printed publications, including branch marketing or other promotional literature. These may include leaflets, posters, newsletters, and other display material.
  2. I give Newcastle Building Society permission to use my image(s) on Newcastle Building Society’s website and other social media sites, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
  3. I understand that in providing my consent to point 2 above, websites and other online media can be seen throughout the world, and not just within the United Kingdom, where UK law applies.
  4. I give Newcastle Building Society permission to share my image(s) with news media for publicity purposes.


Conditions of use

  1. This form is valid for 6 years from the date of signing. Consent will automatically expire after this time.
  2. We will not re-use any images after this time. 
  3. Further details about how your personal data is processed can be found in our Privacy Policy.
  4. You may withdraw your consent at any time by giving 4 weeks’ notice by emailing DigitalMarketing@newcastle.co.uk and if I withdraw my consent Newcastle Building Society will cease using my image(s) within 2 weeks from the date of withdrawal.
