This valuation will only be shared with Newcastle Building Society as it is for lending purposes only, we do not share a copy with the applicants. We would therefore strongly recommend that in addition to this, the applicants obtain their own, more detailed survey independently (either a RICS Home Survey Level 2 Report or a RICS Home Survey Level 3 Report), to ensure that the property is in a good state of repair.
