Nick Young joined Newcastle Building Society as Chief of Staff in 2025, moving into the role of CEO, Newcastle Strategic Solutions Limited a year later. Nick brings over 20 years of leadership experience having worked in a range of strategy and commercial roles with major UK financial services companies.
In his current role, Nick is responsible for the building enduring, value-based relationships with clients through the development and delivery of the NSSL product and service proposition. Nick holds a first class honours degree in economics, and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
