As part of our promise to help our local communities, our branches offer Slow Shopping sessions. This helps us offer a safe, welcoming and calm environment to those who need a little extra time, space and support whilst in our branches.
Our Slow Shopping sessions allow us to cater for those living with visible, invisible or learning disabilities. There is no extra noise such as music, the lights are dimmed where possible, and available staff are always on hand to help.
We’re dedicated to making sure all of our members feel welcome in the communities they’re in, and we’ll look to be there helping where we can every step of the way.
