When you opened your account, you will have received a User ID and instructions on how to access your account online.

If you've forgotten your online password details, then you can reset your password via our website, or if you have lost or forgotten your User ID then please call 0345 734 4345 (lines open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday).
Opened your account in a branch?
At the current time, our mobile banking app is only for accounts opened online with Newcastle Building Society.

If you would like online access to a Newcastle Building Society savings account, you can open a new savings account online, which will give you the option to log in via our website or the mobile savings app.
