Newcastle Financial Advisers has expanded its operations team, in response to growing demand for its face-to-face financial advice services on the High Street.
Newcastle Financial Advisers is the financial advice arm of Newcastle Building Society. It provides accessible advice on investment, retirement, inheritance tax planning and protection advice across the North East, Cumbria and North Yorkshire.
Beth Muir is the Operations Team Leader, while Beth Hunter has moved into the newly created position of Paraplanning Team Leader. Together, Beth Muir and Beth Hunter already have a combined 23 years of experience in financial services within the Newcastle Building Society Group, with Beth Muir joining us back in 2012 and Beth Hunter previously being Financial Adviser at our Morpeth branch.
Since moving into my position, I now have further opportunity to bring my breadth of experience to help support our Financial Advisers and facilitate the growth of our Financial Advice division through the Operations function of the business.
In my new role I look forward to supporting our growing team of advisers in achieving our ambition of providing financial help and support to a greater number of customers across more locations and communities in the North over the coming years.
Iain Lightfoot, Managing Director of Newcastle Financial Advisers, said: “Ensuring that as many people as possible have access to trustworthy financial advice from a trusted team of advisers wouldn’t be possible without having the structure in place to deliver it, particularly at a time when demand for our services is increasing. Our Operations and Paraplanning teams provide vital support to our team of financial advisers in managing their caseloads and ultimately achieving great outcomes for our customers.”
