Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important opportunity for Members to get involved and have a say in the future of the Newcastle Building Society Group.
We encourage all eligible Members to cast their vote and help shape the direction of their Society.
Our 2026 AGM will take place on:

Time: Registration from 1pm for a 1:45pm prompt start
Location: Newcastle Building Society, 1 Cobalt Park Way, Wallsend, NE28 9EJ

How to vote
1. Online
For your online vote to count, you must vote by 5pm on Thursday 23 April 2026.
Please refer to your vote pack sent by post or email for details on how to access the voting webpage.
You will need to enter your unique two-part security code, which can be found in your AGM voting pack. Please note that the vote now link and codes are unique to you and should not be shared with anyone else.
Your online vote goes further
For every vote submitted online, we’ll donate £1 to the Newcastle Building Society Community Foundation North East. Online voting helps us keep things simple, accessible, is better for the environment and directly supports your local communities.
2. Attend the AGM and vote in person
As a Member of the Society, if you would like to attend in person, please complete this short form.
3. Freepost
Vote packs sent by post include a vote form and pre-paid envelope, eligible members can vote by completing and returning the form. Forms must be received no later than 5pm, Thursday 23 April 2026. Please do not send in any passbooks or cheques.
