Reporting a scam or fraud
If you believe you have fallen victim to fraud, have concerns of fraudulent or suspicious activity on your account, or have received account opening documents for an account you have not applied for, please talk to us.

If you believe you have been the victim of fraud, you should also report this to the Police. You may wish to check your credit file to understand if any fraudulent credit has been taken out in your name.
