We work with two types of case study; Media or Marketing.

|Being a marketing case study means your story will be shared with our marketing team to illustrate how we're helping people own their own home or plan their finances. If we use your case study and photography takes place, we will pay you £100 to say 'thank you'.|
If you are a mortgage or savings customer and you allow us to share your story, we will first contact you to find out all about your experience. Then, if a journalist contacts you, we’ll say 'thank you' with £200.
Your case study will then be used for marketing materials across the Society. It could become a case study for our Business Development Managers to show Brokers how our products can help real people, or part of our branch materials.
Being a case study will involve you talking to a journalist from a national newspaper to go through a few questions around your particular circumstances (nothing too personal and no financial details will be required!).
|You may need to have your photo taken as part of the case study as the press generally like to have a face to match the story and we usually ask for one photo upfront to share with the journalist.|
|If your story then goes on to feature in the paper, we will make sure we share the coverage with you.|

All we ask is that you fill in the form below.
We will then contact you to find out all about your experience and to clarify and confirm any details collected.
We actively carry out market research based on our customers’ home-buying experiences. We may contact you, if we find your story interesting.
