Estate Planning and Bereavement Notification Services are not regulated by the Prudential Regulation Authority or the Financial Conduct Authority.

Co-op Legal Services offer a national service across England and Wales and are able to assist with a range of legal services including Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Bereavement advice and support.  No Co-op membership is required.
