We welcome the UK Government’s Homes for Ukraine Scheme which encourages individuals and others to offer rent-free accommodation to those displaced by the war in Ukraine.
If you have a mortgage with us and are considering joining the scheme, please stay up to date with the Government guidance. There is more information about the scheme at https://homesforukraine.campaign.gov.uk/.
Please remember you will need to maintain your mortgage payments whilst on the scheme. If your family budget is already squeezed, or you have any vulnerability concerns we ask that you think carefully before applying for this scheme, and refer to the MoneyHelper website for free and impartial money guidance
If you take part in the scheme and have a mortgage with us, please let us know by contacting our Mortgage Contact Centre on 0345 603 0066 (available 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday).
Please only contact us once you have been accepted as a sponsor through the Homes for Ukraine vetting process and the visa for the Ukrainian National has been approved.
