Jill joined as Managing Director - Manchester and Newcastle Building Societies (interim) in January 2026 and brings over 20 years' experience in Finance and Financial Services with a passion for delivering transformation across culture, customer and commercial.
A purpose led leader with a deep understanding of Consumer Duty, she delivers business growth while putting customers at the heart of the organisation.
She has Non-Executive Director experience and enjoys working closely with Boards to shape and deliver strategy.
