Please complete this form and tell us about your plans to repay your Interest Only Mortgage. Our team will review your response and aim to respond within 5 working days of receiving the fully completed form.

If you don’t have a plan or your plan is no longer in place, please let us know straightaway. That way we can help you to find a solution that’s right for you. You can also tell us by calling 0345 603 0066, our lines are open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm.

    In the event of non-payment, Newcastle Building Society will then take steps to recover this money, which may include legal action.
