I/we understand that if my/our plan changes, it is my/our responsibility to have a different plan in place to make sure I/we have enough money to pay off the mortgage when the term ends.
I/we understand if I/we do not pay off what is left on the mortgage balance at the end the mortgage term I/we could be in breach of the mortgage terms and conditions. 

In the event of non-payment, Newcastle Building Society will then take steps to recover this money, which may include legal action.
